Welcome to DoLa Seed, an independent AI video creation platform available at dola-seed.org. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

DoLa Seed lets users submit prompts and supported reference media to create AI-generated video outputs. The platform may provide access to third-party AI models, including Seedance 2.0, through external API providers. Model availability, capabilities, moderation decisions, processing times, and output quality may change without notice.

DoLa Seed is an independent platform. References to third-party models identify supported technology and do not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Accounts

1. Account creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
2. Account security: You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
3. Unauthorized access: Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

User Content and Generated Outputs

• You retain any rights you hold in prompts and reference media you submit, and you confirm that you have permission to use them.
• Your ability to use generated outputs is subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any terms imposed by the relevant model or service provider.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it.
• DoLa Seed's website design, branding, software, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Prohibited Use

You may not use DoLa Seed to:

• Create or distribute illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Impersonate real people in a misleading or harmful manner.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass security, rate limits, moderation, or billing.
• Resell or expose access to the service or its upstream APIs without written authorization.
• Violate restrictions imposed by an applicable AI model/API provider.

We may reject requests, remove content, limit usage, or suspend accounts to protect the service and its users.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process information. Generation requests may be sent to third-party AI model/API providers and infrastructure providers as necessary to deliver the service.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

• Generation usage is metered in credits. Credit costs may vary by model, duration, resolution, and other settings.
• Prices and plan benefits are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
• One-time credits and subscription credits follow the validity and renewal terms displayed at purchase.
• Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, abuses the service, or causes harm to users or third parties.

Service Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoLa Seed disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use.

Third-party providers may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue models or APIs without notice. DoLa Seed does not control those providers and is not responsible for their independent actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoLa Seed and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoLa Seed and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms
